At that time, we had on-site representatives collecting insurance information and printing notices at our partners’ institutions, and our custom-built InsurTrak Online tracking and reporting system wasn't even a dream yet. Lots has changed since then, but one thing has remained constant — our “A” (Excellent) rating from AM Best.    AM Best is a globally recognized credit rating agency specializing in the insurance industry, and their “A” rating is no small achievement. AM Best provides an assessment of an insurer's financial strength and ability to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations by conducting annual reviews. An "A" rating, which signifies "Excellent," is awarded to insurance companies that demonstrate a strong ability to meet their ongoing financial commitments to policyholders.   As the only dedicated CPI provider that is also the underwriter, we own all aspects of our program delivery, cutting out middlemen and extra steps. In other words, we're the tracking provider and the insurance company all in one. Why does this matter?
